Self-Employed & Voluntary SSS Members
If you are self-employed, a freelancer, or an OFW, you pay both the employee share (5%) and employer share (10%) — a total of 15% of your chosen MSC. You can select any MSC from ₱5,000 to ₱35,000.
💡 Tip for Self-Employed Members
Paying at a higher MSC increases your future SSS pension, loan amount eligibility, and sickness/maternity benefits. Consider paying at a higher bracket if you can afford it.
