How to Apply for a Solo Parent ID (2026)

Step 1: Gather Required Documents

  • Barangay Certificate of Residency
  • Barangay Certification certifying your status as a Solo Parent
  • PSA Birth Certificate/s of your child/children
  • Proof of income (ITR, pay slip) or Certificate of Indigency if unemployed
  • Valid Government ID
  • Proof of status (Death Certificate of spouse, Declaration of Nullity of Marriage, Medical certificate, or Warden's certificate)
